Abstract: 

The author identifies the ways to improve the pedagogical training of future family doctors at higher medical schools, and a complex of basic pedagogical conditions, including the focus on formation of motivational and value-related attitude to psychological and pedagogical competence. The author has revealed the connection between the pedagogical disciplines, the special medical subjects and psychology. Step-by-step formation of psychological and pedagogical competence is designed. The use of innovative technologies is substantiated.
