Abstract: 

Authors consider objective factors and characteristics of development of professional motivation and self-actualisation of a teacher in conditions of integration of science and education. Components and characteristics of scientific cognition in the context of synergy of mathematical education are defined. The components of a pedagogical process in conditions of expansion of the funding modi of the teacher’s innovative activity are revealed.
